Born In A Barn is a short-term project with my younger brother, Seth, that launches in October 2020. Seth has been a full-time dairy farmer for three years now and I couldn't be more proud of him. 

​I have spent the majority of the last decade in cities, but milking cows and living on the farm was an integral part of my development as a musician and creator. Often when I tell people from the city that I grew up on a dairy farm, they either look at me like I'm some sort of alien or ask "Did you milk cows by hand!?!?" While I'm home these next several months, I figured it was the perfect opportunity to show folks what farming on a small organic family dairy farm is really like. 

We don't have much of a plan for how these episodes are going to go - mostly I'm just going to hang out with Seth while he's working and ask a lot of questions.  Hopefully it is both informative and entertaining. I'll be bringing some Scandinavian and original tunes to each episode too, because it's just what I do.
